Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding of the onsite wastewater industry.
• 3-5 years' work experience in product management, advanced technical support, or advanced sales leadership roles.
• Ability to travel approximately 10%-25%.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute market research to voice of the customer and identify growth areas.
• Communicate market needs to engineering/R&D to develop differentiated offerings.
• Manage product life-cycle and be the expert for the water controls category.
• Provide product training to sales and stakeholders and support field activities.
• Develop detailed product plans including markets, value proposition, and marcomm plans.
• Support launches with cross-functional teams and create product documents and assets.
• Attend industry trade shows and present to promote industry leadership.
• Coordinate industry feedback with Engineering/Manufacturing for design-related issues.
