Job summary

Infiltrator Water Technologies is seeking a Water Controls Product Manager to lead the Onsite Wastewater product category. You will drive market research, define product requirements, and coordinate with engineering, sales, and manufacturing to deliver differentiated alarm and control offerings for wastewater systems.

The role reports to the Director of Product Management in Sutherlin, OR, with responsibilities spanning training, field support, and industry representation at trade shows.

Qualifications

• Experience in onsite wastewater industry.
• Knowledge of motor control and monitoring systems.
• Experience in regulated business environments.
• Experience in market-driven product environments.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electronic systems.
• Proven track record planning and prioritizing target-based goals.
• Experience working closely with customers in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute market research to establish voice of the customer and target growth areas.
• Communicate market needs to engineering/R&D to develop differentiated offerings.
• Review cost positions and margins with manufacturing to maintain target costs.
• Provide formal and informal product training to sales and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed product plans including markets, value proposition and technical details.
• Be the product expert to support field sales with demos, training and technical support.
• Attend industry trade shows to convey value and support leadership.
• Support development of product documents and marketing assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches.
