Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to drive growth, product development, and commercialization for its Water Quality Treatment Solutions portfolio in Columbus, OH. This onsite role focuses on front-end commercial activities and market growth in stormwater and related industries.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in related product roles, a technical engineering background, and a proven track record of launching engineered products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering preferred).
• 5+ years of Product Management, Technical Sales, Product Marketing, or Applications Engineering experience.
• Experience with physical/engineered products required.
• Background in stormwater, wastewater, water treatment, civil infrastructure, underground utilities, construction products, or related industries preferred.
• Proven success launching and commercializing new products.
• Strong customer-facing and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, development, and commercialization initiatives.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner closely with Sales Engineers and field teams to grow market share.
• Drive Voice of Customer (VOC), competitive intelligence, and market research efforts.
• Develop business cases and support new product launches.
• Create sales tools, product positioning, and marketing campaigns.
• Support major customer opportunities, municipalities, DOTs, engineers, and contractors.
• Manage pricing, margins, profitability, and product performance.
