Insight Global is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to drive growth, product development, and commercialization for its Water Quality Treatment Solutions portfolio in Columbus, OH. This onsite role focuses on front-end commercial activities and market growth in stormwater and related industries.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in related product roles, a technical engineering background, and a proven track record of launching engineered products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering preferred).
• 5+ years of Product Management, Technical Sales, Product Marketing, or Applications Engineering experience.
• Experience with physical/engineered products required.
• Background in stormwater, wastewater, water treatment, civil infrastructure, underground utilities, construction products, or related industries preferred.
• Proven success launching and commercializing new products.
• Strong customer-facing and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Sales Engineers and field teams to grow market share.

Columbus, OH (Onsite 5 Days/Week)

$140,000 - $185,000 Base Salary + 15% Target Bonus

Up to 25% Travel (Domestic + Occasional Canada)

Our client is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to drive growth, product development, and commercialization for its Water Quality Treatment Solutions portfolio.

This is not a software product role. We're looking for a commercially minded product leader with experience managing physical, engineered products in industries such as stormwater, wastewater, civil infrastructure, underground construction, environmental solutions, or building products.

What You'll Do
