Infiltrator Water Technologies in Sutherlin, OR is seeking a Water Controls Product Manager to help lead the onsite wastewater market by identifying and developing alarm and control products. You will be the product category expert, collaborating with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to drive lifecycle strategies and market leadership.

This role reports to the Director of Product Management in Sutherlin, OR, and requires hands-on field training, demonstrations, and strong customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical or Marketing field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years’ work experience in product management, advanced technical support, engineering, or advanced sales leadership.
• Willingness to travel ~10–25%.
• Knowledge of onsite wastewater industry and motor control/monitoring systems.
• Experience working with customers in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute market research to identify voice of the customer and growth areas.
• Translate market needs to engineering/R&D for differentiated offerings.
• Manage product lifecycle, target costs, and margins with manufacturing.
• Provide product training to sales and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed product plans: markets, value proposition, tech details, marcomm.
• Support field sales with demos, training, and technical support.
• Attend industry trade shows to convey value and support leadership.
• Collaborate on product launch plans with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate product quality issue research and escalation.
• Provide remote or in-field troubleshooting and training.
