Job summary

HDR is seeking a Water Business Group Professional Services Director to provide executive leadership for technical quality, project delivery excellence, and professional practice. The role aligns technical groups, strengthens delivery capabilities, and drives continuous improvement to support HDR as a leader in global architecture markets.

Qualifications

15 years of experience in engineering and leading technical teams.
Maintain AEC industry associations.
Active participant in HDR's employee-owned culture and professional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Lead and monitor staff development in technical, professional, business, and service delivery competencies.
Develop approaches to new or developing technologies and digital delivery methods.
Lead evaluation and adoption of professional services technologies and enabling systems.
Coordinate staff training on policies, processes, and risk management.
Lead QA and QC program activities to ensure quality and delivery.
