Responsibilities

Receive monies in payment of water bills and balance cash daily.
Process credit card payments and issue receipts; balance cash to documentation.
Search account information in billing system and determine disconnection status for nonpayment.
Post payments in billing system; enter debits, credits, transfers, and adjustments.
Enter service orders in billing system for restoration of water service.
Handle payments in night deposit box and notify field services if service orders are issued for cutoff.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
