Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve customers by providing information on water and sewer billing policies, charges and procedures.
• Collect payments via in person/electronic/mail; balance daily receipts and prepare deposits.
• Resolve billing problems; arrange credits or adjustments and correct records as needed.
• Open/close/transfer accounts; establish new accounts and process final billings.
