Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Confirm and open delivered packages, verify watch contents and intake details.
• Prepare and ship completed watches back to customers, ensuring all details are accurate.
• Verify functionality and completeness of all watch repairs before shipment.
• Assist with entering watch intake data, customer estimates, and shipping invoices.
• Evaluate incoming watches to determine necessary repairs and communicate required work.
