Responsibilities

• Receiving – Confirm and open delivered packages, verify watch contents and intake details.
• Shipping – Prepare and ship completed watches back to customers, ensuring all details are accurate.
• Quality Control – Verify functionality and completeness of all watch repairs before shipment.
• Data Entry – Assist with entering watch intake data, customer estimates, and shipping invoices.
• Estimating – Evaluate incoming watches to determine necessary repairs and communicate required work.
• Additional Duties – Support special projects and cross‑functional tasks as assigned.
• Attendance – Consistent, regular attendance is an essential function of this role.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience required.
• Technical Knowledge: Hands‑on knowledge of mechanical and quartz watch movements is essential.
• Skills: Basic computer proficiency required; ability to use a box cutter and safely handle incoming/outgoing packages; exceptional attention to detail and accuracy; strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to adapt to multiple roles including shipping, receiving, estimating, and administrative support; highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.

The pay range for this opportunity is $16.00 – $17.00 per hour. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
