Job summary

BOOST LLC is seeking a Watch Officer- Mid Level in Quantico, VA, onsite. The role requires an active Secret clearance and 7 years of experience in DoD/watch environments, with demonstrated NOC/SOC operations and strong communication skills.

You will monitor MCEN services, track outages, coordinate with multiple teams, prepare reports, and participate in incident bridges. The anticipated salary range is $75,000 to $90,000 annually, with final starting salary based on qualifications and work

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in NOC/SOC/help desk/DoD watch environments.
• Experience in a NOC, SOC, help desk, command center, or DoD watch environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor MCEN services and systems for operational status.
• Receive and track network outages, incidents and major events.
• Maintain situational awareness for the operations center/watch floor.
• Coordinate with network ops, cybersecurity, service desk, and stakeholders.
• Escalate significant incidents to technical teams and leadership.
• Track incidents through resolution and document outcomes.
• Prepare shift turnover reports and daily incident summaries.
• Participate in incident bridges during outages.
