Job summary

Red Cedar Consultancy, LLC is seeking a Junior Watch Officer in Alexandria, VA to support the Operations Center with continuous watch, briefings, and analysis. The role involves monitoring, data synthesis, and dissemination of operational information for federally protected facilities nationwide.

You will produce executive-level briefings, manage RFIs, track RFIs, and maintain the COP, while deploying nationwide for up to two weeks as needed. A BA/BS and 3 years in related areas are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in operation centers, emergency management, dispatch, or related field.
• BA/BS degree required.
• Candidate must have Active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational awareness, produce reports and briefings, manage RFIs, support GIS/COP functions, and operate DHS/FPS systems.
• Maintain situational awareness of DHS-related events, incidents, and threats.
• Produce incident reports and briefs.
• Maintain the RFI database and track RFIs to ensure review/approval.
