Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Wastewater Project Manager for Spokane, WA to lead a major project, overseeing profit and loss, safety, quality, compliance, and team management. You’ll coordinate planning, operations, and client relationships to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires extensive wastewater operations experience, supervisory leadership, and proficiency with SCADA and MS Office. Travel up to 10% may be required, with a strong focus on safety and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in operation & maintenance of a water or wastewater facility.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience.
• Washington state WWP Grade 4 or ABC equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate SCADA and other computerized equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with no major infractions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project profit & loss, permit compliance, safety, quality, and staff supervision.
• Lead planning, organization, operations, maintenance and improvement of the facility.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure on-time project delivery.
• Implement safety policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and control project budgets and resources.
