Jacobs in the Portland area is seeking a Construction Manager to lead complex water/wastewater projects, coordinating with clients and field teams, and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You will bring 10+ years of CM experience, proficiency with Primavera P6 and Procore, and a track record of managing budgets and procurement from preconstruction to close-out.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of proven experience in Construction Management working on clean water/waste water projects or related projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, plans and specifications; safety requirements.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field activities, schedules, and budgets on water infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subs, managing change orders and safety compliance.
• Lead preconstruction through close-out phases including procurement and reporting.
