Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil, environmental, chemical, or mechanical engineering.
• Project and design management experience with water/wastewater projects, treatment, distribution, and conveyance.
• Multidiscipline design management experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Demonstrated ability to develop positive relationships with clients and to win work.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams from local and national design centers.
• Support business development activities including strategy development, positioning, proposing, and negotiating contracts.
• Mentor staff and build long-term client relationships.
