Fuss & O’Neill in New Haven, CT is seeking a Wastewater Treatment Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams from concept to commissioning. You will guide design, optimization, and delivery of major wastewater infrastructure projects, coordinating with clients and regulators.

The role requires a PE license, 8+ years of wastewater experience, and strong communication and leadership skills. Hybrid work arrangements and generous PTO support work-life balance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field.
• PE license required for project leadership.
• 8+ years of experience in wastewater treatment design and process engineering.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Office; experience with process modeling tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full lifecycle of wastewater treatment projects (new facilities, expansions, upgrades).
• Lead process evaluation and design for biological nutrient removal and treatment systems.
• Oversee modeling, mass balances, and capacity evaluations.
• Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and permit support.
• Maintain client relationships and support business development.
