Fuss & O'Neill is seeking a Wastewater Treatment Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams from concept through commissioning. The role focuses on delivering high-quality wastewater solutions, managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships while advancing plant performance and compliance.

You will collaborate with clients and regulators, guide projects through design and construction, and mentor junior engineers within a hybrid work environment that supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 8+ years of wastewater treatment design and process engineering experience.
• Strong project management, communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full lifecycle of wastewater treatment projects, including new facilities, expansions, and upgrades.
• Lead process evaluation and design for primary, secondary, and tertiary systems, including biological nutrient removal (BNR).
• Evaluate and optimize treatment processes such as activated sludge, MBR, SBR, trickling filters, and advanced systems.
• Oversee process modeling, mass balance analyses, and capacity evaluations.
• Develop solutions for biosolids treatment, including digestion and dewatering.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and deliverables.
• Prepare and present technical reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Support permitting and regulatory compliance.
• Provide construction-phase services, including submittal review, RFIs, field inspections, and startup/commissioning.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development efforts.
