Job summary

Fuss & O'Neill seeks an experienced Wastewater Project Manager to lead planning, design, and rehabilitation of gravity sewers and conveyance systems for municipal and industrial clients. You will oversee hydraulic modeling, project scopes, and multidisciplinary teams while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality engineering solutions.

The role offers hybrid work with in-office collaboration and remote flexibility, and emphasizes mentorship, business development, and client relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or related engineering field.
• PE license required or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 7+ years of experience in wastewater collection systems and conveyance design.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of wastewater collection and conveyance projects, including gravity sewer systems, force mains, and pumping stations.
• Lead resiliency and condition assessments, including I/I evaluations and rehabilitation planning.
• Oversee CCTV inspection programs and integrate findings into improvements.
• Direct hydraulic modeling, capacity analyses, and master planning efforts.
• Head project teams, coordinate resources, and manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
