Job summary

Liquid Environmental Solutions Corporation is seeking a Branch Operations & Plant Manager for Austin, TX. The role leads wastewater plant operations, transportation, fleet, regulatory compliance, and full P&L accountability at the Austin branch.

You will recruit and develop staff, ensure safety culture, and drive continuous improvement while managing budgets and customer satisfaction. On-site leadership in a full-time capacity with responsibilities across multiple environmental services

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Business, Operations Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience in wastewater, transportation, environmental services, industrial operations, or related industries.
• Experience with budgets, P&L management, compliance programs, and personnel leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all operations, transportation, maintenance, and administrative personnel.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop employees.
• Conduct performance evaluations and succession planning.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and scheduling.
• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Lead safety meetings, inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate root cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Ensure regulatory documentation and vehicle inspections are completed.
• Direct wastewater receiving, treatment, storage, and discharge operations.
• Monitor throughput, treatment efficiency, and capacity utilization.
• Manage inventories of chemicals, tools, parts, and supplies.
• Review regulatory documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee daily route assignments and DOT compliance.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility for the branch.
• Develop annual business plans and operating strategies.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and budgets.
• Prepare operational and safety reports.
