Job summary

VVater LLC in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing, installation, and O&M for its water and wastewater treatment products. This role focuses on on-time, on-budget delivery with a strong emphasis on quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

You will own planning, forecasting, and KPI discipline, build processes on the shop floor and field, mentor a team of supervisors and technicians, and partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, and QA to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field; advanced degree or MBA a plus.
7+ years of progressive operations/project leadership in engineered products or water/wastewater.
PMP or equivalent experience preferred, including proficiency with MS Projects, Procore.
Lean/Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

Run operations: master production scheduling, capacity planning, materials readiness, and KPI tracking.
Lead end-to-end project management from contract award through FAT/SAT and handover.
Own field execution and O&M programs including maintenance plans and SLAs.
Drive Lean/Six Sigma, standard work, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with Engineering/R&D for DFMA, ECOs, and ensure up-to-date documentation.
