Liquid Env Solutions of Texas is seeking a Branch Operations & Plant Manager for the Austin, TX area. The role combines leadership of wastewater treatment plant operations, transportation, fleet management, and environmental compliance with full P&L accountability.

You will recruit, coach, and develop staff, conduct performance reviews, and ensure staffing levels and safety culture across the site. This position requires strong operational oversight and a focus on continuous improvement,

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience in wastewater, transportation, environmental services, industrial operations, or related industries.
• Experience with budgets, P&L management, compliance programs, and personnel leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop branch operations, transportation, maintenance, and administrative staff.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental permits are met.
• Oversee P&L, budgets, and operating performance to meet revenue and profit targets.
• Coordinate with diverse departments to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction.
