Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering, environmental science, business, or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience in wastewater, transportation, environmental services, or industrial operations.
• Experience with budgets and P&L management, compliance programs, and personnel leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and accountability for all branch operations, transportation, maintenance, and administrative personnel.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to environmental and DOT requirements.
• Direct wastewater receiving, treatment, storage, and discharge activities with permits and SOPs.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility and develop annual business plans and operating strategies.
• Oversee administrative functions, billing support, customer accounts, and required reporting.
