Long Prairie Packing Company, LLC, an American Foods Group Company, is seeking a Wastewater Operator to support our Minnesota facility. You will monitor treatment processes, operate pumps, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to work in varied temperatures around moving equipment with PPE.
• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Ability to work extended schedules Monday through Saturday with overtime.
• Must complete required trainings: Safety, SQF, GMPs, HACCP, SOPs, food defense.

Responsibilities

• Identify and locate parts/part numbers from manuals or catalogs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep machines and building systems in good condition.
• Assemble, install, or repair plumbing or equipment as needed.
• Complete PM sheets and work orders; notify supervisor of issues.
• Troubleshoot centrifugal and other wastewater pumps and treatment processes.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to safety and quality standards.
