Job summary

Stratas Foods, LLC is seeking a capable operator to support waste water operations and truck loading/unloading at our Quincy, IL facility. The role requires the ability to perform various tasks including housekeeping, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing for extended periods in all weather conditions.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic math and writing skills, and the ability to learn ammonia systems and operate basic equipment.

• Basic mathematical skills and ability to document clearly in writing.
• Time management and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure waste water stays within control limits.
• Inform supervisor when waste water is out of range.
• Unloading/loading finished goods and scrap trucks.
• Maintain cleanliness of waste water, loading/unloading bay, and surrounding areas.
• Complete necessary paperwork for additive addition and truck loading/unloading.
