Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Valid Wastewater Certification is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Safety precautions knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor wastewater pretreatment equipment and adjust as needed.
• Take periodic samples and perform lab tests to assess treatment.
• Maintain plant and lab operations, including pumps, filters, and records.
• Read meters and record readings.
• Maintain logs and inventories of chemical use and plant data.
• Submit effluent samples to certified lab as required.
• Report upsets or exceedances to local authorities and facility management.
• Perform ground maintenance and housekeeping duties.
