Job summary

The role requires a MA Grade 6C Wastewater License and 3–5 years of supervisory experience, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Google Workspace for documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of progressive lead/supervisory experience in a related environment.
• Strong communication and supervisory skills.
• Familiarity with safety, QA/QC, and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Leader in daily operation and maintenance of wastewater systems.
• Lead and coach teams, manage HR actions, and ensure safety training.
• Ensure regulatory reporting and client-facing communications are maintained.
