Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking a SCADA Controls Systems Specialist to support operations of surface water and wastewater facilities. You will maintain and troubleshoot control systems, ensure cyber security standard compliance, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

Travel to remote sites, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and develop procedures to ensure reliable plant performance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or 5+ years in water/wastewater facilities.
• Experience with PLC/HMI systems is required.
• Knowledge of Rockwell, GE Proficy, GeoSCADA or similar control systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot SCADA control systems to ensure reliable operations.
• Ensure cyber security standards for Veolia and regulatory guidelines.
• Support remote facilities and travel to troubleshoot at locations.
• Oversee installation and maintenance by vendors of RTU modules, VFDs, and sensors.
