Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate assigned staff; conduct performance reviews and training.
• Plan and direct preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Prepare reports, budgets, and work orders; monitor operating costs.
• Coordinate with other departments and agencies; ensure safety compliance.
• Operate and monitor wastewater treatment and reclamation facilities and SCADA systems.
• Respond to emergencies and restore services promptly.
