Significant travel is expected (up to 50%). The ideal candidate has a decade of related experience, holds architecture/engineering registration, and demonstrates leadership across diverse teams and work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in related field.
• Professional or Architecture/Engineering registration required.
• Experience leading diverse teams and collaborating with multiple groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Build relationships with related business classes, market sectors, and operations.
• Lead technical risk management through reviews and claims prevention.
• Drive quality assurance and coordinate with the Quality Manager.
• Oversee development and application of technical tools and standards.
• Mentor technical leaders and oversee staffing across projects.
• Support client management, proposals, and project development.
