Qualifications

• Experience leading heavy civil wastewater construction or similar.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specs.
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety and construction best practices.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and crews.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations and construction activities.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, field crews, vendors, and equipment.
• Manage daily work plans and help maintain the project schedule.
• Conduct site walks and monitor progress, quality, and productivity.
• Enforce site safety requirements and maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate work between trades and subcontractors.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project plans.
• Identify and resolve field issues that could impact schedule or productivity.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and site logistics.
• Communicate daily progress and project needs with the Project Manager and team.
• Participate in subcontractor and safety meetings and project coordination meetings.
• Ensure work is completed according to plans and quality standards.
• Maintain daily reports and field documentation.
