Job summary

Methuen Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead and monitor major water/wastewater and heavy industrial construction projects across New England. You will supervise foremen, trades, and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery within budget and scope.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and collaboration with project teams, with travel across New England as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on similar projects.
• Experience with project planning, scheduling, contracts and controls.
• Background in water/wastewater and heavy industrial systems preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and document control tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate labor needs with foremen and subcontractors.
• Mentor teammates and supervise crews to execute projects.
• Coordinate construction plan with PMs, engineers and foremen; ensure submittals are timely.
• Develop and monitor project schedule with the project team.
• Maintain budget adherence and accurate project records.
