Job summary

Methuen Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead and oversee heavy civil and industrial construction projects across New England. You will supervise foremen, trades, and subcontractors, coordinating with project managers to ensure timely submittals and documentation while maintaining safety and quality.

This is a full-time, salaried-exempt role reporting to the Project Executive. Ideal candidates will have a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree and at least five

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Five years of Superintendent experience on similar projects preferred.
• Experience with project planning, scheduling, contracts, and project controls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and coordinate labor needs across crews and subcontractors.
• Mentor teammates and supervise foremen and crews on site.
• Coordinate with project team to ensure submittals and documentation are provided timely.
• Develop and monitor project schedule and budget adherence.
• Identify safety risks and enforce safety protocols on site.
