Job summary

Augment is seeking reliable, hands-on workers for short-term general labor projects in Salem, OR. You will sort waste and categorize materials for audits, assist with site cleanup, and move debris while strictly following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• No formal education required
• Ability to perform physical labor and stand for long periods
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear PPE

Responsibilities

• Sort through waste and recyclable materials by hand for audit and reporting purposes
• Separate items into categories (plastics, cardboard, organics, metals, contamination)
• Assist with loading/unloading bins, cleaning work areas, and organizing materials
• Use PPE (gloves, safety glasses, masks) and follow strict safety protocols
• Report safety concerns or irregularities to supervisors promptly
• Support site leads with other project-related duties as assigned
