Job summary

Augment in Phoenix, AZ is seeking reliable General Laborers for upcoming waste audit and special project assignments. These are temporary, project-based roles designed to provide fast, honest pay through short-term labor work.

You’ll assist with waste sorting, material separation, and site cleanup while following safety protocols. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in environmental services with weekly pay and direct support from Augment staffing.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screening required.
• Able to perform physical labor, including bending and lifting.
• Willing to work outdoors or in a warehouse environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to complete full assignment duration.
• Prior labor, warehouse, sanitation, or recycling experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sort waste and recyclable materials by hand for audits.
• Separate items into plastics, cardboard, organics, metals, and contamination categories.
• Assist with loading/unloading, cleaning, and organizing materials.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Report safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
• Support site leads with project-related duties.
