Job summary

Augment Human Resource Services is seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers for upcoming waste audit and special project assignments at one of our partner waste and recycling facilities. These are temporary, project-based roles—ideal for individuals looking to earn fast, honest pay through short-term labor work.

You’ll assist with detailed waste sorting, material separation, and general site cleanup as part of environmental reporting and operational improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in general labor, warehouse, sanitation, or recycling is helpful—but not required.
• Able to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, standing for long periods.
• Willing to work outdoors or in a warehouse and wear provided PPE.
• Dependable and punctual; able to complete the full assignment duration.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Sort through waste and recyclable materials for audits and reporting.
• Assist with loading/unloading, cleaning work areas, and organizing materials.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE during the assignment.
• Report safety concerns or irregularities to supervisors.
• Support site leads with other project-related duties as assigned.
