Job summary

Augment is seeking reliable General Laborers for short-term waste audit and special project assignments at partner facilities in California. You will assist with waste sorting, material separation, and site cleanup as part of environmental reporting and operational improvement efforts.

Roles are temporary and project-based, offering fast pay and hands-on experience in environmental services. Ideal candidates are dependable, physically capable, and comfortable working outdoors or in warehouse

Qualifications

Prior experience in general labor is helpful but not required.
Comfortable with physical, hands-on work including bending, lifting, standing, and sorting.
Willing to work in outdoor or warehouse environments and wear PPE.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Sort through waste and recyclable materials for audits and reporting.
Assist with general labor tasks such as loading/unloading bins, cleaning work areas, and organizing materials.
Follow safety procedures to ensure clean and efficient project completion.
Report safety concerns or irregularities to supervisors immediately.
