  • Collaborate with Technical Service Representatives, Environmental Managers, operations, suppliers, and internal support teams to develop, price, communicate, and implement client solutions.
  • Support inter‑company referrals and identify strategic supplier or service‑provider partnerships that strengthen the company’s market position and client offering.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, co‑workers, suppliers, and support teams while contributing to a team‑oriented culture built on integrity, accountability, service, and shared success.
Required Qualifications
  • Environmental or waste industry experience in account management, business development, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Working knowledge of disposal, recycling, reuse, waste transportation, TSDFs, and environmental services markets.
  • Working knowledge of RCRA, USDOT Hazardous Materials regulations, and related environmental compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and balance client needs with business objectives.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Self‑driven, organized, commercially minded, technically credible, and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Team‑player mentality with integrity, professionalism, accountability, and willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to work effectively at multiple levels within client and supplier organizations, from site representatives to senior decision‑makers.
  • Strong understanding of disposal, reclamation, recycling, and reuse opportunities and how they create value for clients.
  • Experience leveraging technical, operational, supplier, and support resources to develop client‑centered solutions.
Key Success Factors
  • Growth of assigned accounts and increased share of wallet.
  • Durable, trusted relationships with client decision‑makers and site‑level stakeholders.
  • Practical by‑product, disposal, recycling, reuse, and transportation solutions that create measurable value.
  • Long‑term agreements and client programs that benefit both customers and WTS.
  • Strong internal coordination, supplier connectivity, and consistent execution.
Candidate Profile
