Augment in Commerce City, CO is hiring Driver Helpers to support professional truck drivers on residential and commercial waste and recycling routes. You’ll help with safe, timely collection and perform lifting and loading duties.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and move on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Ride along designated routes to assist the driver with pickups.
• Lift and load waste and recycling containers onto the truck.
• Operate the lifting mechanism (when trained) to empty bins.
• Walk and move quickly from stop to stop—this is a physically active role.
• Ensure all materials are collected safely and professionally.
