Job summary

Augment in South Kent, WA is hiring Driver Helpers to support drivers on residential or commercial waste and recycling routes. You will assist with pickups, lift containers, and help keep routes running efficiently.

This role is outdoors, physically active, and offers weekly pay with team-based collaboration and safety culture. Candidates should be able to lift up to 75 lbs and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Reliable, able to start early morning shifts.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Enjoys outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Ride along designated routes to assist the driver with pickups.
• Lift and load waste and recycling containers onto the truck.
• Operate the lifting mechanism (when trained) to empty bins.
• Walk quickly between stops and stay active throughout the day.
• Ensure materials are collected safely and professionally.
• Help keep the vehicle clean and communicate issues to the driver.
