Qualifications

• Must be dependable and able to start early morning shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Prior general labor/warehouse/construction/landscaping experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ride along routes to assist the driver with pickups.
• Lift and load waste and recycling containers onto the truck.
• Operate lifting mechanism when trained to empty bins.
• Walk and move quickly between stops on a physically active route.
• Ensure materials are collected safely and professionally.
• Keep the vehicle clean and report route issues to the driver.
