Augment in Lasalle, CO is hiring Driver Helpers to support routes, load waste and recycling containers, and help keep neighborhoods clean. This full-time, outdoor role is active and outdoors in all weather.

You’ll assist the driver on pickups, operate the lifting mechanism when trained, and maintain safety while moving quickly between stops. The job offers weekly pay and a team environment with opportunities for growth in waste and recycling services.

Qualifications

• Dependable and ready to work early morning shifts.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and move on your feet for extended periods.
• Enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Prior experience in general labor, warehouse, construction, or landscaping is a plus—but not required.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Ride along designated routes to assist the driver with pickups.
• Lift and load waste and recycling containers onto the truck.
• Operate the lifting mechanism (when trained) to empty bins.
• Walk and move quickly from stop to stop—this is a physically active role!
• Ensure all materials are collected safely and professionally.
• Help keep the vehicle clean and communicate any route issues to the driver or supervisor.
