• Proficient with computers and various software programs.

Responsibilities

• Determine waste content to bill customers accurately.
• Accept or reject loads and advise on alternatives for special waste.
• Receive payments and provide receipts.
• Balance daily receipts and deposit funds.
• Document waste input using scales and computer systems.
• Notify operations about special loads and handle related paperwork.
• Answer calls and provide general information to callers.
• Maintain a clean work area and perform other duties as assigned.
