Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) or related field.
• 2+ years of environmental compliance, regulated waste management, or workplace risk investigations.
• Experience interpreting and applying environmental regulations (RCRA, DOT, and state rules).
• Experience collecting and analyzing data to identify compliance gaps and drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Own execution and delivery of regulated waste compliance projects and activities.
• Apply risk management methods such as waste compliance audits and site inspections.
• Collaborate with site teams, compliance operations, and partners to drive discussions and consensus.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and work with owners to improve conformance and reduce risk.
• Prepare clear documentation, including status reports, audit results, metrics, and project communications.
• Travel expected up to 50% of the time.
