Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect the activities of contract solid waste collection crews on assigned routes.
• Evaluate contractor performance for adherence to standards; explain requirements to contractors.
• Receive and investigate customer complaints concerning missed collections; submit reports.
• Review fee assessment records and notify relevant offices to adjust customer billings.
• Assist in determining waste collection routes; receive and dispatch calls by radio.
• Prepare and maintain necessary records and reports.
• Perform related work as required.
