Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect the activities of contract solid waste collection crews on assigned routes.
• Receive and investigate customer complaints concerning missed collections and related matters.
• Review fee assessment records and adjust customer billings as needed.
• Assist in determining waste collection routes and investigate dumpster locations for community clean-ups.
• Prepare and maintain necessary records and reports.
• Explain requirements to contractors and investigate service complaints.
