Responsibilities

• Review monthly vendor invoices line-by-line for accuracy.
• Compare charges against contracted pricing, service levels, and terms.
• Investigate discrepancies and prepare monthly client billing.
• Log discrepancies and follow up with vendors for credits/corrections.
• Maintain organized records of invoices, audit notes, and billing files.
