Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, posting payments, preparing statements, and collaborating with the accounts receivable team to reduce delinquencies while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• The candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of business experience.
• Associate's degree in Accounting or Business and billing experience are preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and a solid understanding of billing processes are expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, updates, and calculates data to prepare billing invoices.
• Communicates with customers about fees or payment information.
• Inputs customer payments into billing systems and manages account balances.
• Prepares customer account statements and ensures timely invoicing.
• Updates records to reflect issued invoices and payments.
• Collaborates with accounts receivable to pursue past-due accounts and revenue.
• Responds to customer inquiries regarding accounts and payments with professionalism.
