Job summary

Weyerhaeuser in Olympia, WA is seeking a Territory Manager I to drive demand creation and sales for Trus Joist engineered lumber products in single-family and multi-family markets within Washington.

You will develop territory strategies, build strong relationships with builders, specifiers, architects, and officials, and translate value into profit through consultative selling and collaboration with partners.

Qualifications

• HS/GED required; 5+ years overall experience with 3+ years TM I experience in WY or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with persuasiveness.
• Strong understanding of residential construction, value creation for builders.

Responsibilities

• Independently develops and implements a territory strategy maximizing opportunities across multiple metro markets in Washington.
• Drives sales and profit by creating primary demand with builders, dealers, and design community.
• Develops and nurtures relationships with architects, specifiers, and executives to grow the business.
• Provides product and solution knowledge training aligned with the Trus Joist program.
