Job summary

Boise Cascade is seeking a Millwork Account Manager to lead outside sales efforts with dealers across the Washington region. You will travel within the territory, present compelling product proposals, and build strong relationships with customers and vendors.

Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, handling pricing, and providing training and support to customers and sales reps.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory.
• Office environment with minimal physical exertion.
• 3–5 years of related sales/account management experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform marketing and outside sales of millwork products to dealer accounts.
• Travel in assigned territory, quote prices, and conduct sales presentations.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and product promotions.
• Maintain knowledge of competitor products and market conditions.
• Provide training to customers, customer associates, and contractors as needed.
• Prepare detailed job quotes for dealers and multi-family projects.
• Manage inventory, pricing, and vendor relationships to maximize profitability.
