Job summary

iA American Warranty, L.P., part of iA Financial Group, is hiring a Wash Bay Technician in Kalamazoo, MI. You will prepare and wash vehicles for service, remove debris such as road tar, and perform washing and claying while following established procedures.

Requires a valid driver’s license and ability to learn quickly; operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service quality. The role offers competitive benefits and opportunities for development.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and wash vehicles for service.
• Pay close attention to debris on the vehicle such as road tar and other environmental particles.
• Washing and claying of vehicles.
• Closely follow instruction, procedure, and process to maintain quality of service.
• Pay close attention to detail.
• Closely follow an established process.
• Properly check and maintain equipment to avoid damage to customer vehicle.
